The 28th Doncaster Beer Festival is organised by the Doncaster and District Branch of CAMRA. The festival will be held at The Dome site in Doncaster from the 6th to the 8th June 2019.

The Beer Festival theme has been agreed.

The theme for the festival will be the 50th anniversary since humans first set foot on the moon. In recognition of this the festival will be “A Giant Leap for Real Ale“.

Further details on the festival will be published on this website.

We Need Your Support

The festival needs volunteers to help staff the many activities that form part of it. We would like to hear from anyone who is interested in helping us. Any training that is required will be given but this is very minimal and there is always an experienced volunteer on hand to give you support on the days that you can help.

If you have helped before, then it would be great to see you again. If it’s your first time, then a warm welcome awaits you. Just click on the button below which will take you to a page where you can let us know that you are interested and when you are available to help us on either a set up day, during the actual festival or the take down day.

We have a number of sponsorship opportunities which offer a variety of benefits such as free entry, free festival glass and beer tokens.

There is also the opportunity to sponsor the casks of beer which includes the benefit of having your name or company name on a plaque on the cask end. This costs £25 of which £5 goes to our charity for this year which is CALM.

At lunchtime on Friday, 7th June we will be holding beer tasting sessions at the festival. If you want to take part in one of the panels then please click the button below and fill in the form to let us know. Closer to the event we will get in touch with you and give you further details. Unfortunately you cannot select which of the beer type tasting panels you will be on.
