The 28th Doncaster Beer Festival is organised by the Doncaster and District Branch of CAMRA. The festival will be held at The Dome site in Doncaster from the 6th to the 8th June 2019.
We need more help to make the beer festival a success. If you can help and join our team of experienced volunteers please select times available (sessions should be minimum of 2-3hrs) from the list below and email your name and choices to:
Tues 4th (Setting up) 9am – 4pm
Weds 5th (Setting up) 9am – 4pm
Thurs(Setting up) 9am-5pm
Sun (Taking down) 9am-1pm
Thursday 6th June
5pm – 11pm
Friday 7th June & Saturday 8th June
11am – 11pm
Note: Children allowed in Family Area up till 6pm
£5.00 (including glass) – £6.00 after 6pm on Friday
(Must show a membership card)
Free entry – £2.00 for glass (£1 refund on return of glass and production of a membership card)
Children can enter free on Friday & Saturday and remain in the festival until 6pm. There is a designated family area. Non-alcoholic drinks are available.
Special festival offer
New members signed up at the festival get their entry fee returned and 2 half pint beer tokens. You can also beat the increase in membership subscriptions which is happening soon.
Food During The Event
Hot or cold food will be available from a number of vendors as shown below throughout the event.
Doncaster Culture & Leisure Trust (DCLT)
They will be providing a pizza stall and a pie and peas stall.
Queen of Olives
A regular favourite at the Doncaster Beer Festival we welcome back the olive stall.
The Dome Snack Bar
The Dome will be providing a drinks and snacks bar in the main event hall. There will be snacks such as sausage rolls, pork pies, scotch eggs and pie and peas. Drinks will be alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks including gin.
